Mental Health First Aid & Refresher Courses
Online Courses
The online course is led by a Mental Health England accredited instructor and takes 12 hours to complete. The instructor led sessions take place weekly over a four-week period in 3 hour blocks. Every session must be attended to successfully complete the course. Please submit your details under the 'Contact Us' heading to book a course or to ask any questions.
Face to Face Courses
Two day face-to-face course is delivered across four manageable sessions. Learning takes place through a mix of presentations, group discussions and workshop activities. Each session is built around a Mental Health First Aid action plan
Cost of the Course
Cost of both courses are £300 with a discounted rate for group bookings of 3 or more. You will receive your first aid manual and resources in the post once your place is confirmed if you are doing the online course. You will receive a certificate of attendance on successful completion of the course.
Mental Health First Aid Refresher Course costs £125.
