As a Qualified Mental Health First Aider, you'll be able to help those around you who are struggling with mental illness feel safe and understood. You'll also be able to recognise when someone needs help but doesn't know how to ask for it themselves; by approaching them gently but confidently and connecting them with professionals who can provide assistance immediately, you'll be saving lives every day!
